We read mail as soon as we reasonably can. We do not offer phone support, and we do not have a walk-in office. We will not ask you for your password. If a message asks for your password, it is not from us.
Hosting is provided in the EU by Hostup. Connection security and content delivery may be provided by Cloudflare. Those companies process technical data as our processors or independent controllers of their own logs — see the Privacy Policy.
If you are in the EEA or UK and you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se.
